Hypnotherapy & Trauma-Informed Care

ABOUT ME
Working with vulnerable communities as an urban missionary, treatment-level foster mom, trauma-informed care specialist, and my work in the nightclubs/underground scene, I have dedicated my life to harnessing my hyper-vigilance and experiences to create safer experiences for others.
However, after years of utilizing every resource I could through clinical therapies, I was exhausted and burnt out. I felt like I was working so diligently only to move three steps forward and two steps back. I was doing so much work on my conscious mind, but nothing helped change the triggering events that seemed to lurk around the proverbial corner.
I came to understand that *for me* CPTSD can not be healed by psychotherapy alone. It would require a holistic approach, including lifestyle changes. I left my company working in nightlife, sold my house, got sober, started traveling, and went back to school to become a hypnotherapist and past life regression facilitator. My unique approach to healing the central nervous system comes from decades of lived experiences as well as the education and mentorship of my wonderful teachers.
Healing is hard, sometimes messy, and challenging. But, if you have the right tools, the work becomes easier and more efficient. Let me help you find the right tools *FOR YOU*.
When you are ready, feel free to start by booking a consultation.
Love, Alice.
My mission
My greatest joy is teaching people how to gain access to their own inner healing resources and facilitate transformative experiences to help them reach their goals. My approach to trauma-informed hypnotherapy affords me a unique advantage to working with all clients, whether they believe they have experienced trauma or whether they are simply looking to connect with their purpose or expand their consciousness. Together, let's embark on a remarkable adventure of self-discovery, growth, and achievement. I am excited to be your partner on this transformative path, and I can't wait to witness the extraordinary progress you will make.
The things I do to Heal...

Hypnotherapist & Healer
I trained as a transpersonal hypnotherapist and past life regression facilitator through my mentor, Paul Aurand, lead instructor of The Newton Institute and author of Essential Healing. My unique approach of embedding my experience as a trauma-informed care specialist, as well as my own personal history overcoming CPTSD, allows me to facilitate a safe-space trauma-informed focus to my work.
Writer & Poet
I was first published in a poetry anthology at 14 and immediately fell in love with my most sacred art form: spoken word. Since, I have branched out into blogs, writing a novel, and even a comic book. My next book is set to release later this spring. Sign up for the newsletter to stay up to date.
Artist
I have been a professional artist & gallery owner for almost two decades. However, after discovering the magic of creative storytelling through immersive art, I became enamored with the process of telling parables through immersive art experiences. My current art piece, The Dorothy Project, travels to events as a living installation that allows me to engage with people about the transformative power of inner healing via the work I do as a hypnotherapist & trauma-informed care specialist.

2008-2018
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy & Past Life Regression Facilitator. Mentorship with Paul Aurand, former president of The Michael Newton Institute and author of Essential Healing
I owned a company that produced consent-driven, safe-space events in underground communities, nightclubs, and festivals. Focusing on harm-reduction and providing resources, skills, opportunities, and coaching for creative entrepreneurs who primarily identify as: girls, gays, and theys.
I opened a teaching gallery that provided opportunities for under-represented artists, taught art to students living in the inner-city, and provided trauma-informed & sensory sensitive birthday parties to foster kids.
Trauma-informed care advocate, public speaker, foster mom, and urban missionary serving kids in the inner-city. I spoke at parenting conferences, churches, and training seminars teaching foster parents and social workers strategies for how to effectively help traumatized children heal by providing a client-led, creative, and compassionate approach. Before the rise in popularity of "gentle parenting", I was passionate about helping to reduce the trauma-load in the foster care system by sharing my own experiences and strategies for handling behavioral and emotional complications.
